1. Registration – Entry form with 2 pass-port size photos together with Hotel reservation

should be sent or email to the Secretariat’s address mail@pgtf-taekwondo.com on or

before 30th April 2009.

2. Competitors under 18 years old – Need custodian’s signature on the registration form.
|
|
|

3. Payment – Pay to Pan-Malaysia Taekwon-Do Federation Sdn Bhd 60 days before the
|
|
World Championships.
|

8. 1. Hotel accommodation is on Twin Sharing basis (2 persons in a room) and is EUR45
|
|
per person (EUR90 per room) per day.
|
|
|
|
2. Room rate for single occupancy is EUR 80 per day.
|
|
|
|
3. Extra bed can be requested, i.e. 3 in a room, and the charges shall be EUR40
|
|
per person (EUR120 per room) per day.
|
|
|
|
4. Family of 4 will be placed in 2 rooms, and the rate is EUR45 x 4 (EUR 180) per family
|
|
per day. Such families can request 2 inter-connected rooms, please indicate
|
|
this requirement during booking.
|
|
|
|
5. Family of 4 can also request for a family room, and the rate is EUR40 x 4 (EUR 160)
|
|
per family per day. Numbers of family rooms are very limited, so please book early
|
|
to avoid disappointment.
|

|
General notes:

1. All rooms come with breakfast for 2, 3 or 4 persons
|
|
|
|
2. 3 meals per person per days x 6 will be provided free for the competition period.
|
|
|
|
3. Lunch and dinner will be provided to participants and accompanying family members
|
|
throught their stay.
|
|
|
|
4. Free Transfer from airport to hotel and hotel to airport. Delegates shall be received
|
|
and greeted upon their arrival at Kuala Lumpur International Airport to the hotels
|
|
and event venue.
|
|
|
|
5. Complimentary half-day KL city tour.
|
|
|
|
6. Above Stated hotel rate is applicable from July 1 to July 15, 2009
|

As the Championship period coincides with peak travel season in Malaysia,
|
|
kindly book early to avoid disappointment.

9. Insurance – Venue will be covered with Public Liability Insurance Only
|
|
|
|
10. Referees & Judges – Hotel accommodation and meal shall be provided for qualify referee
|
|
and judges who are selected to judge in the Championships.
